- COACHES NEED TO KNOW: If you will not be attending Exhibition Virtual Meet 2 on Saturday July 10th, or need to leave early, please contact the coaches now via email: coaches@swimlpac.org
- VOLUNTEER Coordinators Need To Know: If you will not be available to work your shift Saturday July 10th, please contact the volunteer coordinator at Volunteers@swimlpac.org

Build your community book page and even use the family photo. So what makes you a Penguin Family? What is your favorite fish meal? I can’t wait to read the book!

Your pledges are due July 12 to qualify for the various prize drawings. No amount is too small.

- Free, limited edition, custom LPAC t-shirts designed by our own Penguin, Aria Manole, will be provided for the event (donations are welcome)
- Penguins 10 and under require adult supervision to create their shirts
- Great event for Big Buddy/Little Buddy bonding!
- Dress for a mess! (Dye stains clothing & gloves will be provided)
Enjoy a root beer float while you wait for your tie-dye to set, takes ~ 30 min to complete the entire process!

Start the week with Family Yoga in the Park, Penguin Fun Night and even Beach Trip. Can you catch your breath yet?
Penguins can swim! Imagine 5,539 laps or 138,475 yards swam in a collective hour by 81 LPAC penguins during our Swim-A-Thon. This week our swim focus will be BackStroke and BreastStroke.
Monday is Family Yoga in the Park!
July 5th starting at 10:00 AM
Come join our coaches as they lead us through a fun family yoga session located in Los Paseos park near the Los Paseos Elementary multipurpose building.
We have the pool, the dodge balls and even a Jumpy House and now we have some rocks to paint too and other fun activities…did I hear movie?

Now is your chance to let your swimming shine and raise funds for the LPAC Penguins. We do this every year, and each of of you Penguins contributes something special to the whole flock. Start by filling in the pledge sheet. Maybe reach out to a long lost uncle, aunt or friend for a pledge.

ABOUT LPAC
Los Paseos Aquatic Club (LPAC) is a non-profit organization that has served the Los Paseos community for over 50 years.
As a family-oriented summer swim team, LPAC provides children in the Los Paseos neighborhood the opportunity to participate in competitive swimming in a fun, friendly, and supportive environment. Team members range in age from 5 to 18 years old.
LPAC is a member of the Valley Cabana Swim League and swims against other cabana teams in San Jose and Los Gatos.
