LPAC: End of 2026 Season Wrap Up

Dear Penguin Famly,

LPAC had an amazing season this year! We were 4 and 1 in our dual meets and we came in 2nd place at Champs! Thank you to all of our swimmers and parent volunteers that have been so dedicated to this community.

This season three of our Penguins broke LPAC individual records and 1 of our medley relay teams broke a record. Caleb G. broke individual records from 1984- John Hughes. If anyone is in contact with John Hughes you might want to let him know. Caleb broke records in all of the strokes. Ruiyan K. broke a record for 11/12 50 Backstroke. Jacob M. broke a 13/14 50 Fly. Our 7/8 M medley relay team relay team included Mateo L. Rocky N., Lewin X., & Caleb G.. They blew the record away by close to 30 seconds. Congrats to all of our Record Breakers! We are so incredibly proud of you.

We are Penguin Strong!  Congratulations to all of our Penguins! Everyone worked so hard this year.

Champs Meet Results are posted here.

If you did not attend the Banquet, you can contact Coach Julia  by email or via text and set up a time to receive your trophies and ribbons. After August 8, they’ll go back into the container until next season unless you have made arrangements with Coach Julia.

SPONSORSHIPS FOR THE 2026 SEASON

Do you know of a local business that would like to support the greatest swim team around? We are looking for sponsors for the 2026 LPAC season!

LPAC is proud to be one of the strongest—and most affordable—teams in our cabana league. (We may be a little biased.) One of the best signs of our success is the number of swimmers who stay with us through graduation. At Champs this year, LPAC celebrated more age-out swimmers than most other teams, a testament to our outstanding coaches, fun traditions, and welcoming team culture.

To keep registration fees affordable and continue the traditions our Penguins love, we rely on the support of generous sponsors. Tax-deductible sponsorships help fund our programs, equipment, and activities while investing in a team that builds confidence, teamwork, and community.

If you know of a business that would be interested in sponsoring LPAC for the 2026 season, please contact Meghan or email info@swimlpac.org, visit the Sponsorship webpage.

SWIMMER PICTURES

If your swimmer took photos and did not receive a 4×6 picture of your swimmer, a team photo and a picture button please email Meghan. If you ordered extra items from the vendor online, these items will be delivered to the address you provided. If your swimmer missed picture day but they would still like a team photo Meghan has extra team photos for you. Please email Meghan and set up a time to get your pictures from her.

YEAR ROUND SWIMMING OPPORTUNITIES

Many families have expressed interest in year-round swimming. We’re lucky to live close to several good teams that offer flexible programs and schedules. See the Year-Round Swimming page on the team website for more information.

UPCOMING EVENTS

Be on the lookout for future emails about the Penguin Polar Plunge for the New Year, LPAC Community Service opportunities, off-season Goodwill Donation Drives and other fun off season events. Registration emails will go out in February, due in March. If you and your family had a great time this year recruit your friend’s to join the team for next year. Thank you all for a wonderful season. See you next year and Go Penguins!
