Week 2 Starts Today!

We start week 2 of LPAC practices today. It was great to see so many of you at the Official Team Breakfast and Yoga event. Keep coming to practice, your last chance for swimsuit try-ons is today, and we are so excited to bring back Penguin Madness!

Swimsuit Try-Ons Today, May 9th!

Your last chance to try on swimsuits is today, Monday, May 9th at 5:00pm to 6:30pm at the pool. If you have a new swimmer or you missed the first try-on date, don’t miss this opportunity to get sized for our brand new team suits!

**IMPORTANT: The try-on date above is a SIZING EVENT ONLY. Once you figure out your swimmer’s suit size, please use the google form below to order your suits!

Penguin Madness 2022

Most of the year, we’re all one big happy penguin family. But at Penguin Madness, swimmers from all age groups are grouped into different Penguin teams that compete in fun non-swimming events like tug-of-war and musical chairs to see who has the most penguin power. Don’t miss this cherished Penguin tradition!

Let us know if your swimmers will be attending! Please sign up no later than Monday, May 16th.

Special Notes

• Swimmers are encouraged to wear the color of their designated Penguin team. Team rosters will be posted at the pool by Wednesday, May 18th.
• This is a family event. Parents and siblings are invited to come and cheer on their favorite penguins.
• Bring your own folding chairs or blankets to sit on.
• The coaches will referee the events.

COVID-19 Policy

Our governing board has decided to follow the COVID-19 Isolation and Quarantine Instructions issued by the California Department of Public Health. We have added a COVID-19 Protocol Page to the website.

• Please keep your swimmers home if they have symptoms or if they test positive for COVID-19.
• Following a positive COVID-19 test, please keep your swimmer isolated for 5 days, as per the CDHP guidelines.
• Siblings of those who test positive may attend practice if they do not have symptoms and have a negative COVID-19 test.
