Dear Penguin Family,
We hope that everyone had a fun and relaxing, or wet and wild, weekend without an LPAC meet. The raft trip was hot but everyone had a blast for those of our LPAC family that went.
With only two weeks before the end of the season there are going to be a lot of things going on and there will be a lot of important information in these emails. Please read through to find all the Penguin happenings.
Breakdown for Due Dates Coming up
Today July 6
- Beach Trip RSVP’s due
Wednesday, July 8
- Splash & Dash Pledges due, in order to be able to earn prizes you need to turn in pledges.
Monday, July 13
- Spaghetti Dinner Sign up
Wednesday July 15
- LPAC Merchandise Design Contest- All design’s due July 15, winners will be revealed at the Banquet July 19.
- Register for the Banquet by July 15
Please help maintain the safety of practices by signing up to open and close the gate during transition periods between practices here. To understand our desicion to lock the gate during practices please refer to the email from LPAC on 6/24.
LPAC @ SILVER CREEK: SATURDAY, JULY 11
- If your child will have to miss all or part of the meet against Silver Creek, please send an email to coaches@swimlpac.org and volunteers@swimlpac.org TODAY! It is important to let our Coaches and Volunteer Coordinators know ASAP if your swimmer will be missing any part of a meet.
- The swimmers that we already know will be missing are: Zoey L., Eliana L., Lily D., Nova D., Charlotte S., Liam V., Luke V. Theo P., Wesley H. & Alex H.
- If your swimmers name is not listed above and you will be missing all or part of the Silver Creek meet, we need to know ASAP.
END OF SEASON GIFTS FOR COACHES
The last time you will be able to contribute to the Coaches Gifts is on July 11th. Keep an eye out for Judy Seps, the LPAC photographer. She will be collecting contributions for coaches gifts at the Silver Creek meet.
Contributions can be made by:

Picture Day Photos are ready to look at and purchase through the direct link: LPAC Gallery. Access Code: LPAC26. Remember with your registration cost, you will receive an 8×10 team picture, 4×6 individual photo, and a 3×5-inch photo button at the Banquet 7/19.
BEACH TRIP: SATURDAY, JULY 11; Deadline to RSVP July 6th
July 11th is the High Schoolers Beach trip. 2026 Beach Trip Sign Up. RSVP by this Monday July 6. Check out the Beach Trip page on the website for more information.
SPLASH & DASH PLEDGES DUE WEDNESDAY, JULY 8TH
Thank you to those swimmers that have already turned in their pledges. Sponsors can either give your a flat donation or they can sponsor you per lap. Splash & Dash Pledge Sheets are here. All donations are tax deductible. Turn in pledge sheets and money by July 8th to the Splash & Dash folder in the back of the Family File Folders. Only swimmers that turn in donations will be able to win prizes at Spirit Night, July 16.
PENGUIN T-SHIRT & STICKER DESIGN CONTEST
LPAC is throwing a contest for the swimmers to design a t-shirt and a sticker to add to next year’s LPAC merchandise line. All of the details are linked here!
END OF SEASON BANQUET: RSVP by July 15
The End of Season Banquet is our chance to celebrate the swimmers, the coaches, the families, the sponsors and especially the age-outs. For one last time, we’ll all get together to have dinner, pass out trophies, say goodbye to our age-out swimmers, and celebrate another great season. Details on the Banquet page of the website.
Swimmers eat free but must complete the 2026 Banquet RSVP to reserve a meal.Additional meals cost $20 each. You MUST order all meals by July 15th. Orders will not be accepted at the door/

The information about our Car Decorating Event is on the Spaghetti Dinner page of the Website please look there if you are interested in joining us.
HIGH SCHOOL SPAGHETTI DINNER: July 17 SIGN UP NOW
The night before Champs, all High School aged swimmers are invited to “carbo-load” with their teammates at the LPAC Spaghetti Dinner. Families of High School age Penguins are asked to Sign up by 7/13 to provide part of the dinner & help make the Spaghetti dinner a success.
