The night before Champs, all High School aged swimmers, who have completed their Freshman year of High School or older, are invited to “carbo-load” with their teammates at the LPAC Spaghetti Dinner.

- Volunteers: We need parents to set up, bring food or drinks, serve, and/or help with clean-up.
CAR DECORATING: FRIDAY, JULY 14
We also decorate cars to show our penguin pride. All families are invited to bring their cars to the church parking lot, closest to the pool parking lot at 7:00pm, to have their cars decorated.

EZ UPS FOR CHAMPS DEADLINE: FRIDAY, JULY 14 at 12:00PM
Families that would like their EZ Up Tent, brought and set up at Champs by the set up crew, must bring their EZ Up to the clubhouse. We will begin accepting EZ Ups after Spirit Night ends on Thursday night (not before the end of Spirit Night because there will be no room in the clubhouse, until after the event ends.) The deadline for EZ Up dropoff is Friday, July 14 at 12:00PM.
Your EZ Up must be clearly labeled. Place a large piece of tape on one leg of your EZ Up with your family name clearly marked. There is no guarantee that your EZ Up will be set up, due to space concerns at Champs. Space is very limited and families will need to squeeze in tight. More information about Champs will be given at Spirit Night.
