Here are some quick reminders before Time Trials tomorrow.
TIME TRIALS: SATURDAY, MAY 30
- Swimmers and parents need to check in between 7:00 and 7:15 am. Please be on time!
- If your child is sick, please call or text Coach Julia 408-334-0657
- Meet Entries have been posted and New Volunteer Assignments have been posted to the Time Trials page on the website. Please take a look at the new Volunteer Assignments on the website Time Trials page right before you get to Time Trials.
- If you can’t make it last minute, please text Amelia (408)529-5783 or Melissa (415)589-9903. Send us your name and the position and shift you won’t be able to do. Thank you!.
- Family Clean Up Shifts for the Season has been updated as well. Please update your calendar and prepare to stay after the meet you are assigned. The more help we have the quicker it will get done and we can all get on with our day.
- Our last ALS Fundraiser of the month is happening at Time Trials. LPAC Sweatshirt Raffle (made by the one and only, Coach Julia). She has only made these for LPAC coaches and the four raffle winners last year so these are pretty special. To see a picture go the the Fundraiser page of the website. Raffle tickets are only $1 and all raffle proceeds will be donated to ALS research.
TIME TRIALS MAKE-UP DAY: MONDAY, JUNE 1
Swimmers who cannot attend Time Trials on Saturday must come to Make-Up Day on Monday, June 1. Parents are expected to stay and volunteer as timers and recorders during Make-Up Day. Please arrive on time! Please note there will be no regular night practices on Monday June 1..
- Check in between 5- 5:15pm
- Warmups 5:30
- Time Trial makeups start 5:45pm
- Ending time will depend on how many swimmers are making up time trials.
SWIMSUIT DELIVERY
New LPAC swimsuits that were purchased through Agonswim.com before 5/1/26 will be delivered to families tonight, Friday 5/29 between 6 and 8 pm at the pool. If you can not pick up your suit during that time there will be a table under the gazebo near the breakfast burrito area before Time Trials from 7-8 am.
LPAC Merchandise will be picked up this afternoon and will be available during practice tonight between 6 and 8 pm, Friday, June 1 or at Time Trials between 7 and 8 am at a table on the upper deck near the BBQ area.
