MORNING PRACTICES BEGIN MONDAY: JUNE 10
Morning practices begin Monday, June 10:
- High School: 6:45–7:45/8:15 am*
- 12-14: 7:45–8:45/9:15 am*
- 9-11: 8:45–9:30 am
- 8 & under: 9:30–10:15 am
Please arrive on time and ready to swim!
*Swimmers ages 12 and up have 30 minutes of dryland exercises immediately following their regular practice times on three mornings a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Please bring running shoes on those days.
SWIMMERS STILL IN SCHOOL: JUNE 10 – JUNE 13
- Swimmers still in school: 8:00 – 9:00 pm
*For swimmers who are still in school, as we move to morning practices, we will have evening practices Monday – Thursday, from June 10 to June 13.
PENGUIN POOL PARTY: JUNE 12
All LPAC swimmers are invited to come enjoy a fun Pool Party with their penguin pals. We’ll also have root beer floats and make tie-dye shirts to show our penguin pride! Please visit the Pool Party for more information.
- Date: June 12, 2024
- Time: 3:30 pm – 5:30 pm; Must check in by 4:30 pm at the latest to do tie-dye!
- Cost:
- No charge for Association members
- Non-members: $1/child, $2/adult
- Swimmers will be provided with a Penguin shirt to tie-dye.
- Parents of swimmers 12 and under, please plan to stay during this event. This is not a drop off event.

PICTURE DAY: JUNE 13
Picture day is almost here! Each LPAC swimmer receives a team picture, individual photo, and a 3-inch photo button. The cost is included as part of your registration fees.
- Date: June 13, 2024
- Association members individual photos start at 8:00 am
- All swimmers must be at the pool by 8:30 am to take team picture at 9:00 am.
- Remaining individual photos can be taken after the team picture

All swimmers should wear the current team swim suit or a solid black suit for picture day.
END OF SEASON GIFTS FOR COACHES
Judy Seps will begin collecting contributions for coaches gifts at our next meet on June 15th. You may contribute with cash, check, or Venmo @judyseps (last four digits of her phone number are 3532). All funds will be pooled together to purchase gift cards. We will present the gift cards and Thank You cards to each coach at the LPAC banquet.
