Two Undefeated Teams, LPAC Penguins and the Oaktree Sharks, who will swim faster?
Get stronger and swim faster by attending practice everyday this week. The coaches will be reviewing Focus Points for all strokes to prepare you for our big meet against the undefeated Oaktree sharks. Go LPAC Penguins!

- This weeks swim meet is at home against Oaktree, Saturday (7/13). The current list of absent swimmers include: LIzzie Webb, Liam & Coen Burch, Mason Chafer, Dylan Doucette, Elijah Chandler, Ainsley Keslin, Lizzie Burke, Behnam & Yasmin Hajizadeh, Alexis Galindo, Stella Gaudy, Jake DeSantis and Matthew Lombardi.
- Next weeks swim meet is away at Champs, (7/20). Missing swimmers include: Izabella& Jazmine Hasse, Mason Chafer, Tara Buchanan, Braden Holst, Ainsley Keslin, Daniela Fasan, Lizzie Burke and Alexis Galindo.
CHAMPS MEAL DUE AT END OF PRACTICE MONDAY (7/8) that is today!
- Complete your meal purchase and payment by Monday, July 8th @ 10:00 AM and place in champs folder! or drop off completed forms and money at the home of Christie Buchanan, 7013 Via Cordura, San Jose 95139 by 7:00 PM same day.
Age Group Community Service Projects:
9 ~ 11 age group, Wednesday July 10:
- After practice Los Paseos Park cleanup: we will be removing weeds around the Martin Murphy track and picking up trash as we go. You may want to bring work gloves.
- Community Service and Fun will be completed at 11:30 AM
- Each swimmer needs a signed release form located here:

BEACH TRIP RSVP DUE BY WEDNESDAY JULY 10!
- High Schoolers must be registered for the beach trip at Beach Trip Registration by July 10.
- We are looking for drivers, please note in registration form of your swimmer if you are available.
- DONATIONS NEEDED: If you have wood to donate for our beach fire, please contact Dave Blacow at (408) 981-1247 or dasblacows@comcast.net to coordinate the wood drop off.
TIE-DYE SHIRTS AND ROOT BEER FLOATS AT THE PENGUIN POOL PARTY, (7/12)!

Fund Raisers This Week!
Mod Pizza July 11 begins at 10:30 AM and ends at 10:00 PM
Step 1: You
must RSVP at https://www.groupraise.com/events/96929 by Monday July 8th! You can always bring extra friends out to dinner too on the day of the event.
Step 2: Print flyer here AND present to the Cashier when you are paying for your meal. Remind them this is a group raise event.
Step 3: Enjoy the evening knowing 20% of your bill goes to LPAC and helps the team keep our fees low.

To be eligible to win a swim-a-thon prize you must turn in collected pledges to the ACTIVITIES FOLDER no later than Monday, July 15th by end of practice!
