  1. Parents review, share with your children, and sign the LPAC #Penguin-In-Place internet usage agreement 2020
  2. Return signed form to info@swimlpac.org
    1. Usage agreement must be complete prior to administrator approving any of your child’s social media posts on Padlit, FlipGrid and FaceBook which are often part of our challenges.

REGISTER TO PARTICIPATE IN SECRET PENGUIN!

Sign-Ups due June 9th by midnight.

  1. Remember, keep the secret, be super-sneaky and bring some LPAC spirit to a teammate!
  2. Your Secret Penguin Information will be sent to you by next Sunday
  3. We will include some ideas at the start of each week to add to the fun
  4. SECRET PENGUIN SIGN-UPS HERE!

The LPAC Logo Challenge

  1. Create an LPAC Logo that includes the hashtag #Penguin-In-Place as part of the design
  2. Use any type of artistic medium you want
  3. Attach or Display in front of your home and take a picture
  4. Submit your photo here on the LPAC Padlet

Post will only be approved for display after your parent has signed and returned the  LPAC #Penguin-In-Place internet usage agreement 2020

Penquin Power Virtual Dryland
Tuesday & Thursday AM

Have some fun with your LPAC friends with the twice-weekly virtual dryland sessions over Zoom! Session are 45 minutes long and include a variety of activities with no equipment required.

High-Schoolers: Sign up for Remind

As usual, the high school practice group will be using Remind for communications this summer. If you haven’t done so already, text @lpac2 to 81010 to join the list and get in the loop!

Penguins, parents, and alumni alike are all welcome to join our new LPAC Penguin In Place fb group. Do invite LPAC Penguins you may know but we have lost touch with over the years, by sending them the link.

  • All members of this group will also be approved by our administrator once you have completed the questions found in this link: Penguin-In-Place Fb Group
  • Feel free to post some of your photos and comments as your LPAC penguin participates in the various #Penguin-In-Place activities. All posts will be approved by our administrator prior to final posting

DISCORD

A couple of the swimmer reps have created a server with channels for parents and each age group to chat via the Discord App. It is free to download and you will need to create an account for yourself and each of your penguins must also create an account if they would like to join in with their age group chat/channel. Once an account is created you will click on the green PLUS sign (add a server). You will then click on Join a Server. Next, copy and paste the link below and you will be added to the general chat/channel for LPAC.

In order to join a specific age group or the parent chat/chanel each penguin must click on #get a role. Then type in name and age group. A moderator will assign them to the appropriate age group chat/channel within 24 hours.
