You can also send mail to coaches@swimlpac.org to talk to any of the year-round swim families to discuss which program might work best for you. Next Saturday, let’s see if we can become League Champions to go along with our Dual Meet Championship. Our preparation includes each swimmer relaxing this week after attending practice. don’t forget to eat well, including those pasta like dinners beginning early in the week. And finally, try and get some good sleep throughout the week, before Champs even starts.
