If you know your swimmer’s size please use this link now to order their new team suit. https://illusionsactivewear.com/teams/lpac-penguins/
- If you have a team suit or LPAC gear from last year that your swimmer has outgrown, please consider donating. Have your swimmer bring to practice this week. Jennie Anderson will collect from the coaches and have available for swimmers needing a larger or smaller suit.
- If you are interested in being a Stroke and Turn Judge this year, plan to attend the Stroke & Turn Judging Clinic on Saturday, May 11 at the Montevideo Clubhouse.
- Penguin Madness is on Friday, May 17 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm. Please follow the link and send an email if you plan on attending. https://swimlpac.org/events/penguin-madness/
- You should have received an email on March 31 from volunteers@swimlpac.org asking if you would like to return to the same position this season. If you did not receive this email please send your contact information to the email volunteers@swimlpac.org. Remember that in addition to your regular shift each family is asked to sign up for at least one clean-up shift after a home meet.
- Just a reminder: If you need to relay any specific information to the coaches, please send email to coaches@swimlpac.org.
- If you have any questions about special events or general team information, you can send an email to info@swimlpac.org.

Dear Penguins and Parents:
Thanks to all for another great swim season and banquet! Just a few end-of-season things:
- If you did not attend the Banquet, you can pick up your trophies and ribbons at Coach Scott’s house. Please send email to info@swimlpac.org to arrange a time. After this week, they’ll go back into the container until next season.
- For a limited time, you can view or download the 2018 video here: LPAC 2018 Team Video. Thanks again to the video team for making this available to all!
- Thinking about swimming year-round? Coach Ryan has extended an invitation for any and all penguins to join him at South Valley Stingrays (just up the road at Rancho Santa Teresa), and you can try it out any time for a week at no charge. There are also other excellent teams in the area that offer flexible programs; see the Year-Round Swimming page on the team website for more information. You can also send mail to coaches@swimlpac.org or talk to any of the year-round swim families to discuss which program might work best for you.
Enjoy the rest of your summer…GO PENGUINS!
