Welcome Back Penguins!
LPAC practices start in just a few days! We are happy to welcome everyone back to the pool for our first full season since the pandemic began. We can’t wait to see you all at practice on Monday, May 2nd!
Practices Begin May 2nd!
Practice times by age group:
- 8 & under: 5:30–6:15 pm
- 9-11: 6:15–7:00 pm
- 12-14: 7:00–8:00 pm
- High School: 8:00–9:00 pm
LPAC Merchandise is now available for ordering!
Below is the link for your 2022 LPAC Spirit Wear!! We have T-shirts, Parkas, sweats and lots of other goodies to show your LPAC pride and keep your swimmers fashionably warm!
Swim caps are now available on the order form. Orders for swim caps placed this week will be available for pickup during the first week of practice!
Orders and payment are due by May 8th @ 7:30pm.

New Team Swimsuits!
We want as many returning swimmers as possible to order their suits by today, April 29th! If you know your swimmer’s size please use the order link below to place your order. Payment may be made by cash, check, or credit card.
Swimsuit Try-Ons on May 9th!
We will have another try-on event with a sizing kit on Monday, May 9th at 5:00pm to 6:30pm at the pool. If you have a new swimmer or you missed the first try-on date, don’t miss this opportunity to get sized for our brand new team suits!

Our first team and family event will be on Saturday, May 7th at 9:00 am. Please come and practice some fun yoga poses with your coaches and then munch on brunch food and drinks!

Welcome Back Penguin Families!
The LPAC swim season is just around the corner! We are excited to have a full season this year. Here are some important dates to remember!
New Family Meeting
- Next Tuesday, April 19th at 7:00 PM: This is a mandatory meeting for all new families, however all LPAC families are welcome! Come meet the coaches and the governing board. We will also be able to answer your questions during this time. Learn all about the expectations of being on the swim team. The meeting should last only an hour.
- Location: Los Paseos Clubhouse, 7047 Vía Ramada, San Jose, CA 95139
New Swimmer Tryouts
- Monday, April 25th: New swimmer tryouts begin!
- Tryouts will be held Monday through Friday. Please have your swimmer attend all tryout days!
- We have divided the tryout times into two groups by age:
- 4 – 6 years old: 5:00 – 5:30 pm
- 7 & up: 5:30 – 6:00 pm
Regular Practice Times
- Monday, May 2nd: Regular practice times for LPAC Penguins begin.
- Practice times by age group:

Team Suits!
Swimmers are welcome to be fitted for team suits on Tuesday, April 19th at 5:00 pm at the Los Paseos Clubhouse. There will be a sizing kit available to help you find the best fit for your swimmer(s). Payment may be made with cash, check, or credit card that day.
If you know your swimmer(s)’ suit sizes, you can also email Shawna at shawna@illusionsactivewear.com, if you cannot make it to the clubhouse next Tuesday.
